She will have just returned from Malaysia with a suitcase full of hard-to-find pantry ingredients. This dinner will be filled with tasty dishes and stories from Linda's travels.

Masa Madness: Summer

Gather together with friends for a fiesta. At our summer Masa Madness class with Chef Annelies, you will learn how to make tortillas from scratch, tostadas from scratch, huaraches—named after the Mexican shoe because of their shape—and tortilla chips too.

Food skills help people make informed choices about what to buy and how to make healthy meals - but are not always taught in homes or schools. 18 Reasons bridges this gap through hands-on classes that welcome community members of all skill levels and culinary heritages. Across our programming, we seek to create a joyful environment where everyone is welcome at our table.
